Book us . . .
. . . or sponsoring a program for your favorite church, school or organization. From the beginning, our best advertising has been the work that we do. Call us to discuss your needs. Let us show you what we can do.
Spread the word . . .
. . . We have brochures, business cards, and surplus newsletters you can put into the hands of persons, pastors, and professional people who may be in need of our services. At the very least, we have the experience to discuss their needs in detail. We may be able to guide them to other resources or help them build their own program using resources they already have on staff.
Make a contribution . . .
. . . checks payable to Beacon Street can be sent to our office. We also accept Visa/MC donations. Beacon Street is a 501c3 nonprofit and every dollar of your donation is tax-deductible. A letterhead receipt will be sent in acknowledgement of all donations.
Attend our annual fundraiser . . .
. . . Our Have A Heart dinner and silent auction has graced the Valentine season in early February since 1997 and draws hundreds of friends and "family", sponsors and clients. The venue is warm and the food is unbeatable. And our auction items and raffle are bound to stir your interest. Contact our office for this year’s date and time.
Keep ours and other arts ministries in your prayers. . .
. . . Most of our clients are on tight budgets and can barely afford to meet routine expenses. They call on us to enrich their program and curriculum and we typically donate 20% of our annual budget. We would rather go and minister for a reduced rate than stay home. So your prayers can and will make a difference as we all try to get the most out of our limited resources.
By telling your story, singing your song, or otherwise performing your ministry artfully. . .
. . . you dispel the common misconception that these things need to be left to the professionals. The best of storytellers said "once upon a time" for the first time. It got easier and they got better after that. So be courageous and use the gift God entrusted to you. The Spirit will take it from there.
